Lately the only thing i think is chokong and not breathing, so i try eating very slowly to prevent it and sometimes even taking small bites

Meat seems to be major culprit. Many times I was situationally aware and felt I should take out the meat with hand because it was about to become issue. I almost died once didn’t know what to do, you won’t cough. That’s when you know. True choking you can’t cough it’s so scary.

Happened to me in a casino restaurant I put my hand down my throat and pulled it out.

I had a flurry of grand mal seizures during alcohol withdrawl..... extremly scary i had like 3 in a row with nightmares occuring....my nurse said my nervous system was reseting because it was used to the being on all the vodka i was drinking.

doesn't matter if they go stiff, part of it. the main part is don't try to control their moment. seizures brake bones, trying to control it will create more damage. from experience, worst broken bones was in the back of an ambulance

I just finished my 2nd session with 38 to go treating my TBI. Its definitely exciting trying this therapy, i just wish more care providers recognized its benefits

I was put into this psychiatric hospital by police because of my religious beliefs as a revert to Islam. They refuse to provide me a lawyer and denied any right to challenge the hold. They forced Seroquel on me and said I had schizophrenia I simply deny anything they say or do because it's literally like and this is a common complaint that I see on this hospitals reviews you only get to talk to your main doctor once obviously if your persecuting people because they hold a religious belief different to yours your not short staffed if you got time to take me and believe what the police say. Even so the police even was going 100 in a 60 risking my life just to transport me there. I did feel the way he drove put my life in danger. And I wasn't the only Muslim there which made me more suspicious. And I was for the idea of leaving you alone after telling me I do need to take legal action to get that evidence but then what I have seen happened in Rafah made me realize yeah you people are evil. Not only are you evil but psychiatric hospitals in general promote eugenics really think about it. You want to talk about this during May and act like this hospital cares about mental health. You truly do promote eugenics. So really think about this. Eugenics is literally the idea that other people that are mentally handicap are inferior to normal society and need to be fix in some way and one of those ways is segregation which is exactly what a psychiatric hospital is it's segregating those deem mentally ill. So really the idea that you can say you do good really no you don't. You are human rights violators.

It seems to me that every video that Teaches Mindful Eating requires an awareness to do the exercise it proposes to create. Mindfulness leads to Mindful eating... duh! How many times have I eaten so fast that only at the end of the meal I noticed I was not mindful? How does one become more mindful (when the trouble is that I forget to slow down, to notice, to appreciate)?

Just happened to me. If you're choking, do not ever try to take a breath. You will have a panic attack. Stay calm and try to hold your breath as if you're underwater.

Parkview is a bad hospital because I was religiously persecuted by Kosciusko police and Parkview hospital. I am a Muslim and because of their claims that were false I was put into a psychiatric hospital from December 23rd to 27th. They made false claims about me and Parkview was an enabler in it. I will not shut up about it you persecute Muslims and those against genocide.

My mom she takes a medication like heroine (NOT HEROINE) but she uses it for headaches, one time in the middle of the night I got up to use the restroom and I wake her up (because I have problems with the using the bathroom) she was unresponsive I grabbed the no can I do what I do and it saved her life. (I still didn’t get to use the bathroom 😢)
